Ooops!, Rain-Out..

Threat of rain on Thursday, and rain on Friday in downtown Williamsport, postponed placement of some panels on the Mural, "Inspiration Lycoming", which includes the first 3D panel..The panels are scheduled to be placed this Tuesday, May 30th.

Here is what "Inspiration Lycoming" looks like on a sunnier day..

Meet The New Panels, Plus One In 3D!!
